UI progress and a little bit of information for the next update


- UI background image change, still experimenting. Just want something darker so it doesn't flash bang every time all the tab is opened.
- Add item restrictions to inventory, can't put anything in every slot now.
- Skill and spell will have separate inventory and shortcut, once add NPC that sell skill/spell will add like a interface for deleting the item
- Add item tool tip for item name and description, mostly flavor text
- Notification pop up when pick up items, will probably add for another stuff also.
- Change NPC/Commodity trigger, easier to trigger them now, the old one is pretty wonky.

Not sure next update should be about UI only or not yet, will probably include some new content before release though.
The new content is a new monster, the same type as the first monster but do anal instead and can combo with the first monster, hopefully the combo thing is implementable and without issue.
Another thing is a new mechanic, inspired by The Witcher but it'll be pretty weird.
